In its European expansion process, TINSA has accompanied the major companies with international presence, both promoters and investors and large companies originating in Europe. For this reason, valuation and consultancy activity in the EU and countries from Eastern Europe is constant.

France

 TINSA France began operating in 1999 at the request of large Spanish customers connected to the mortgage market who had interests in France. Since then, TINSA has extended its portfolio of customers to include French companies and has accompanied new Spanish customers in their cross-border investments.

 
The company currently has 30 appraisers throughout France, with absolute knowledge of the technical, administrative and legal aspects of valuation and the country's town planning legislation and practices.

Portugal

 In Portugal, TINSA operates through AVALTAXO, Sociedade Geral Avaliaçóes, Lda. It was created in February 2000 in conjunction with various Portuguese business associates and TINSA is the major shareholder. Its sphere of activity covers mortgage valuations and the valuation of assets, works of art, historical-cultural heritage, equipment, machinery and products, as well as consultancy and valuation of investment development projects.

 
With offices in Lisbon and Porto, it has a team of 43 appraisers, architects and engineers whose experience extends to well before the establishment of TINSA in this market, with extensive knowledge of the special features of each area and use of real estate in the country.
